Mask Component Missing

Hello,

AS you can probably tell, I am new at working with Unity. I am currently trying to figure out UI, and following all kinds of tutorials. I have encountered an unpleasant issue which I do not know how to fix, which makes me feel deep burning shame. The mask component which is there in the tutorials is missing from my component list.

I just re downloaded the unity program and they were there. It might work but might not.

After using Unity (4.6.1) for a while now, I've just realised I have the same problem and have no idea why :(
