Window Editor - Particle Effect Window Layout
I trying to find the best solution for my Custom Window Editor script (for an Inventory system), and it turns out that the layout and functionality of the 'Particle Effect' window is very much like what I would like:
Being able to add multiple Classes within the window.
Being able to show (dropdown) multiple Sub Classes within the Classes
Reorderable (rearrange the windows)
The question is, is this layout option publicly available to me?
My class is all set up list so :
MasterClass _myMasterClass
string Name
string Type
int Cost
List.SubClassItem _mySubClasses
SubClassItem _mySubClass
string SubName
int Level
int Max
If you can conceive of what you want, and how to make it happen, then there really isn't any limit to what you can do with program$$anonymous$$g.
Thanks for your feedback. I know :) But I wanted to know if there is an API class I may not know about that would make my life easier. Thanks.
Nah it's mostly toggles and things you are looking to achieve, I would suggest messing around with the UnityEngine.UI if you haven't yet, it's comfortable but feels lacking in areas. The scroll view and content are especially interesting, it will attempt to populate the scrollview with ANY object added as a child of Content.
