Could be a corrupt file in the dae or your blender program maybe try and export as a obj or fbx file.

but the dae file works in unity... and i also have a obj file and i can import this ^^ by the way: when i import the obj in blender all textures are okay (there are 3 textures for eyes body and mouth... and 1 other but i don't know the enlgish word^^) but if i import it in unity3D there is just the body texture and i can't import other textures on it because it has no meshes

Are you importing obj to blender then exporting to unity with fbx?

i got the obj file from the internet i guess its made by blender and it IS an obj file my problem is that the dae file has too much edges and the .obj is smooth :) and if i import the obj file in unity it has just 1 mesh to which i can attach 1 texture file in blender it has all 3 textures maybe because the material is linked in the oobj file i linked to it in the question you can try it^^ import the obj file in unity then you know what i mean
