Neither Emissive Texture or Area Light is Working
I have a sort of neon bulb type thing I'm making, and I tried to make the material emissive to light the area a bit, but the object only self-lit (I made sure to set all the objects around it to static and fiddle with the intensity; no luck). So then I decided to try to get around the issue and just fake it with area lights, but those don't seem to be working, either! Spotlights, directional lights, and points lights all work like they should, but they aren't what I need.
