Bluetooth plugin recs for transferring text file from computer to Android app

I am developing an Android app in Unity 5.5, and part of the plan is to be able to send a text file from my (Linux) computer to be received and read by the app on my Android phone. I have encountered multiple Bluetooth plugins for Unity, and I was wondering if there was one that would work best for this situation?

Also, are there any ideas as to how I would go about being able to actually select the file from my computer to send to my phone​? I have little experience with Bluetooth and I am not sure how easy this would be to accomplish. Thank you.
