Silhouetted-Outlined Shader not working with baked lights.
I used "Outlined/Silhouetted Diffuse" shader to mark objects as selected (link to shader). However, when I baked lights, the shader did not work.
Next I tried "Outlined/Silhouetted Bumped Diffuse" shader and outlines appeared with baked shaders.
Any idea why bumped version of shader works, but normal does not?

It's working because the Silhouetted Bumped Diffuse uses a surface shader in the second Pass, which handles any level of complexity of lighting (while the Silhouetted Diffuse use a vertex shader in the second Pass, not handling baked lights)
