Creating a pine tree in unity....
Hello everyone!
Here is my problem: I am currently trying to create a nice landscape in Unity 5. I am trying to create a mountain landscpae, so I need pine trees and I have no idea how to make these. I couldn't find any tutorial about this, what I found really stunning.
I have tried to do it just the way you create normal trees, but there are 2 problems that i came across:
1 > with some type of pine trees, the branches grow a little down, and I have no idea how to achieve this in Unity
2 > the textures for the pine branches get really blurry in Unity here is the difference with what the texture looks like normaly, and how ugly it is when it's used as a branch in Unity:
just the texture:
my tree with ugly branches:
Any help is appreciated! Also if you have any other clues for me to improve my trees!

To improve the quality of the import, go to import settings and set the default format to Truecolor. That should fix the image quality...
Tell me if this works for you...
Thanks for your response, but it didn't work so well :( It gave just a little improvement as u can see below: (the picture on the left is the one with Truecolor leaves)
@F.N I see... You may want to try a different texture for the leaves... $$anonymous$$aybe one that is more full, and increase the density of it on your tree
Thx for your response hotsaucehater. what worked the best for me was creating a smaller image for the branch and just increasing the density.
