I think that it's the sun. You can try to remove it by following this steps:
1.create a new material
2.assing to the material the shader "Skybox/Procedural"
3.set the property of the material "Sun Size" to zero
4.open the Lightning tab
5.in the Scene section drag the new material over the "Sky" property

Hi,
Have you got Draw Halo turned on, or a Flare set? Both of these things could be causing the Light to draw this dot,
Hope that helps,

Isn't the capsule showing? Sure looks like it :) Else it's halo. If both fail, please screen with the lights inspector values!
I'm out of suggestions. Don't see anything wrong really. Considering the amount of stuff in your scene atm, I would just delete it and start over. If it's still showing then, report a bug to unity.
Just realized its there before any directional light is placed. what is it?
