ScrollRect not working on mobile at certain resolution

I have a scrollrect set up with the following hierarchy and options:

Issue Trying to scroll from a mobile via touch drag with a resolution of 1080*1920, nothing happens.

In the editor: i can scroll via mousewheel easily and at other resolutions than 1080*1920 works fine with dragging too.
