working with a team
I was wondering how would a small team of 2 people work on the same scene at the same time? Or how would one work on something and the other work on something else and have it all sync up to one computer?

Well I haven't tried it for myself (I don't work in a team), but the vast majority of the teams (if not all of them) use some special programs called Version Control Software. This programs check for changes in a folder, and if one is detected, then they commit changes to a repository (it's something like a centralised storage). Then you can sync those changes with your computer, and save what your teammate did. A very popular one is this, called Git: https://git-scm.com Check it out, learn how it works, and think if that's the best solution for you.
Hope was able to help.
