All Animations Using Same KeyFrames

I'm fairly new to Unity, but I'm having a problem with animations. I made and rigged a model in blender with 3 animations (idle, walk, run). I'm using a blend tree with a 'Speed' parameter to change animations, and for all intents and purposes, It appears to be working correctly (The correct animation is highlighted in Animator when testing). The problem is that all of the animations appear to be using the Idle keyframes. Even when previewing the animations in the 'animations' tab in the model import settings in the inspector. Each animation is the correct length, just using the wrong set of keyfrfames.

Any suggestions? Is this likely something I screwed up in Unity? or in exporting the fbx from Blender?

Try doing it without blend trees and see if the problem persists
