Are .hidden Files in a Resources folder included in builds?
I'm saving some additional data for a custom inspector that I don't want included in the build. I've read through documentation that files that start with "." will not be imported... Does that mean those files won't be included in the build (this is desirable) even while in the resources folder?
Example... Asset is located in Assets/Resources/Funstuff.asset
So I'm saving Assets/Resources/.Funstuff.asset.xmeta
in hopes its not auto included in all my mobile builds.
There is an ongoing thread regarding excluding certain files from the build here:

That is the behaviour indeed, files and folders starting with dot are ignored by Unity
I actually just decided to test this by sticking a 2.5 GB in resources.. it didn't make it into build :D
