How I can install Unity Cache Server as Windows Service on 2012 Server R2?
Hello.
Our Unity Cache Server run perfectly but we want to install it as Windows Service to have running always when our server is started.

Installing the Cache Server as a service
The provided .sh and .cmd scripts should be set-up as a service on the server. The cache server can be safely killed and restarted at any time, since it uses atomic file operations.
yes, I did but how i can set-up .cmd like service. I tried with sc command and others external software but i can't do that .cmd run as service.
I get create the service but when i try to start it something always is wrong.
So you have set the Cache server as a windows service but it will not start? Sounds like an issue with the server set up, are there any error messages or log files?

Try with this solution:
Open services.msc. You will see a list with all the services installed on your computer.
Find your new installed service.
Click right button and select "properties".
On "Log in" tab select other account with full permissions. Don't use local system account.
It should work.
