Hello, how can i make surfaces from bridge look like in 3d preview from bridge? You can see in bridge preview that some bricks are 3d and in my project are not and its looks awful

I did watch the video but still dont know what should i do... Do you have any solution?
There's only one solution for you. Go to YouTube and learn what PBR workflow is and how to use it. A video link provided above is a good start. Without this knowledge, you're not going to be able to work with Quixel assets.
From the screenshot you posted it is apparent that you didn't assign no other maps (textures) than albedo to your material. Hence the lack of detail. You need to assign at least a normal map to start seeing some details. But that's still very far from the desired goal. The number and type of maps you need to use depends on many factors - your render pipeline, shader, material workflow, etc. There's no easy setup guide here unfortunately, so again, you have to learn at least some basics about all of these.
