"Extracting referenced dlls failed" Error

So I seem to be having the infamous "Error building Player: Extracting referenced dlls failed." Error. It seems to be very, very common among people using plugins. Mostly just people making mobile games or whatever. Anyways, I can't get the game to build at all. I've tried setting the .Net 2.0 subset to just .Net 2.0 in player optimization, restarting Unity, and deleting certain dlls from the project. (Obviously, none of them work) The plugin I'm using is SpriteTile, (I don't really expect anyone here to have it) I've posted this problem on the plugins help thread in addition to here. But since it's such a global problem, I don't think the plugin I'm using will make much of a difference. If you want to see all of the errors I'm getting from building, they're here. Thanks in advance.

you need to check the .net version used to create the plugins. iirc, the settings in your project relate to the other code that you generate.

try contacting the creator of the plugin - unless it's you, of course ;)

I suddenly had this problem out of nowhere, all the suggested solutions didn't work I managed to solve it by reimporting assets [Assets -> Reimport all]

I dunno how this was related, but it solved it, my issue was that I'd get this error "Extracting referenced dlls failed" when building for android on unity 5.1.1p1

Hey, I found a solution for all of those who tried Net 2.0 change, its not that its that you have a plugin folder that is referencing dlls and if you delete it then it will build, for me I had sql lite or something that didnt need to be there.

Thanks, removing the SQL Lite DLL from the plugins folder fixed this build error for me.
