[meta] Can't log in to Unity forum
I can't log in to Unity forum with any browser. I tried clearing cache with no luck. Every time I log in, it shows the following error:
Unity Community - Error Email addresses must be unique. The specified email address is already in use.
I know this might not be the right place to ask for help but I don't know where else to ask. Please help.
Attn. mods: Is there a protocol for questions like this? Forwarding them to someone who knows how to help?
If I were having account access troubles, my instinct would be emailing Unity support directly.
That error means someone else is using that email to log in that forum. Simple do a password reset, and ask to be sent the recovery email. Then you can create a new password, and gain access to the account.
Unfortunately it didn't work. Anybody can suggest any support email for this kind of problem?
