Cinema 4D and Unity adding materials/textures to my 3D Model

I am creating a virtual gallery. I have created the gallery in Cinema 4D.

I was wondering is it it possible to create textures, materials all in Unity? If I was to do this how do I go about adding a material to the inside wall and having a different material on the outside wall using Unity.

I am trying not to use any textures or materials exported from Cinema 4D.

I hope this makes sense I am new to Unity.
