opening unity

when i open unity this message window appears but none of its buttons working when i click on it & unity is not opening.

have you tried to reinstall Unity ?

Yup, I'd say reinstall. $$anonymous$$aybe double check your PC meets the requirements.

Yes I would say fully re-install making sure you delete all the files in the directory after it's uninstalled before you install it again. Better to use the newest version anyway. =)
