Unity editor problem...

Hello. Whenever I try to test some scenes in unity, it immediately goes into pause mode. There is nothing in those scenes about pausing or stopping anything, and other scenes in the project work fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening(sorry for the vauge question, but I am rather puzzled about this)?
