Make a rigidbody collide with this rigidbody but not that one?
For example lets say I have 2 boxes and a sphere. I want the boxes to interact and collide with eachother but ignore the sphere so the sphere just goes through. How can I do that? From script or editor or something?

Take a look at Layer-Based Collision Detection. This allows you to specify what should collide with what:
