Define sprite from browser-side variable
Hello,
First at all, let me give a overview of my project and after that I'll explain my problem.
I'm creating a game that will run under a web based system, and it means that it will be running under the webplayer. This game must have an integration with the web application where the user can customize and choose your character under other unity apps (or non unity-app). That means: the web browser must provide to my unity app all the informations about the player character, like sprites to use, character name and others. It's fine, I already has this informations under the web document scope and I already had an Unity script who manages the chances. But, for any reason I can get the user data from web browser.
I made it by using the following idea:
Unity calls an Browser JS Method that Sends a message to my Unity Player with the player data. Well, but it's is not working... well, as I see the call from unity to my browser happens, but I can't tell if my browser is really sending a message.
Anyone can give me a simple example for the following scenery:
"Get a player sprite definition from an Javascript object at browser and change the sprite at Unity application"
Thanks.
