Which MacBook is better to run Unity and Xcode?

Hello everybody,

my MacBook passed away a few days ago and I can't repair it. So i need to buy a new one right away. The thing is that in this moment I can't afford a expensive one and I really need your opinion. Which one from this 2 would be better to run unity and xcode? MacBook Air 13: 1,6 Ghz 8 Gb Ram 128 GB Intel5 or MacBook Pro 13: 2,5 Ghz 4 GB Ram 500 GB HD. Thank you very very much for your time

Unless you need the extra Ram, this doesn't even look like a contest. Pro looks better on every other stat. Is there something we are missing or ought to consider for those of us hardware shopping now, and co$$anonymous$$g to this via The Googles?

Go with macbook pro. If you do unity with complicated models and shaders on Mac, better to have a eGPU hooked up to your Mac.
