I'll pass some advice that was given to me...
Make your own games first !
They don't have to be epic AAA blockbusters, but they do need to be finished and playable. Make a little portfolio for yourself, show prospective employers that you understand the fundamentals of making a game.
A game in many ways is like a good book, it needs a start, a finish and an ending. Also you need to show how to transition between these things. Nothing will show you understand this more than a finished, playable game.
Make notes, sketches, take screen shots, record anything that you feel will help show your strengths.
And finally (this for me is most important) don't give up. If you are passionate about game design then keep trying to be successful. I know that last bit sounds really corny, but with age you will come to realise just how accurate it is.

as you pointed out you need to improve your english. You neet to be able to comunicate with people all over the world. and google needs te be able to transelate it. my english is not perfect by far but i seem to mannage my self.
there is also a difference between what you think is good enough and that the industry standarts are. your only 16 so there is a big chance you don't have enough experience to compete even a little bit. i have seen some exeptions. but 5 months of experiance is not a whole lot.
i would sugest keep at it watch of tutorials, learn the basics of C#. and if you want to find a job in this industry try making a portofolio that shows what you can make and how much time you have spent on it.
and finding a job also has a factor of luck in it. thats how i got my job. im still a student my self. and i started using c# when i was about your age.
i hope this satisfies your thirst of information.
