Fire emblem like path drawing for a 2D tile based strategy game?
I'm creating a tile based strategy game where your pathing matters a lot. As such, I'd like to draw the user's path. I created a system earlier for doing this and it looked pretty ok, but it relied on creating several very specific textures for each direction you could move and attempting to line them up perfectly when drawing a path. I feel like there should be an easier way to do this
I'd like to feed a list of vector2s as input and get something like this as a result

Create a temporary mesh made of quads and uv-map it so each quad shows the correct arrow or line texture.
