Black Splash Screen on Launch with both iOS & Android
This is really starting to annoy me now... Basically I have my game working however when I launch it on either iOS or Android I am presented with a black screen where the static Splash Screen should be, it's then followed by the animated Unity Logo. Although this isn't a game breaking bug it's really annoying me, I have tried changing all of the Launch images in Xcode and nothing I do seems to make the slightest bit of difference.
I first ran into this issue on Unity 5.5 and its still persistent on Unity 5.6 despite other treads claiming this would be patched weeks ago.
I created an empty project and added a single sprite as a splash screen which worked!! Once and then went back to presenting a black screen every time, so interference from an external plugin or some dodgy code on my part shouldn't be to blame.
This is also present regardless of being build in debug or release.
Any insight would be appreciated.
