Root Motion only tracks Y rotation! how to have it work for X and Z axis???
I'm trying to use Root Motion to help with controlling some rotating meshes, basically I have created short animation clips which rotate the mesh in specified, controlled increments
I was hoping to rely on Root Motion to allow the rotation to continue from where it left off (local to the orientation of the mesh), so that each time I trigger an animation, it rotates the mesh through another increment.. like spinning a wheel or some gears for example, for tipping and orienting the model in controlled increments.
From what I've found, Unity doesn't track the X and Z rotations.. it only seems to work for rotation on the Y axis.
This is a huge problem for me, is there any way to get it to work?
