Unity editor keeps on crashing
So my unity editor keeps crashing when i try to import one project to another. The project i try to import is 142mb. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like. http://imgur.com/a/Kx8Qj
You should post your crash log so that people can get an idea.
Same thing is happening to me right now. I'm curious how to get around it.
I started a new project and after copying most of the scripts and so forth to a second project, I tried to get that second project to work, same thing, crash.
In a third program, I finally rewrote the entire project anew without copying anything (thinking I may have copied the crash/problem into the second program)...same thing...CRASH.
I've spent two days on this so far and I'm not getting beyond the crash.
I'll do a bit of research into how to post a crash log and I'll start a new thread and post the information there...
...unless someone knows of something right off that might be the culprit.
I sent a bug crash report to unity when it crashed, they replied to me and said that they won't do anything about it if i don't use the latest update of unity. I updated unity and tried to import again but this time a complete project of 595$$anonymous$$B into my main project. It crashed again so i did a new bug crash report, it took 6 hours to do and at the end it said that i will get a confirmation email shortly but i never got it and now i don't have the time to send a new report so i'm stuck in square one again.
