Finding Screen Resolution of an Android Device

Hello everyone, I'm attempting to develop a game for android devices. My game will need to know the resolution of the android device so it can modify game settings and such. How can I find the resolution so I can set the main camera to be the same resolution? Any help is most appreciated.
