I can't download the right version of unity

Question

I am trying to download Unity 2019.3 but whenever I go to download it, it starts to download the 2018 version. I have no idea why this is as my computer fits the specification - it is a Mac running on Sierra 10.13.6. I would really appreciate it if someone has a solution?

Don't use the new user hub, use this instead.
