Error : Mask does not match hierarchy unity3d / Animation might not correctly

I have google this error and I found out that this also mess with the animations and keeps the animation at 0,0,0. This error is the reason why I can't root and rotate my character . I also read about some meta files can cause this problem . Do I just delete all of the meta files or I click on fixed mask ? I have some pics of the issue :
