Working Sound Clip not Audible on iOS Devices
Hello everyone, I've got an issue where a otherwise working sound clip (working on PC/MAC) is not audible on iOS devices (other level sounds are, just not this specific sound).
Now, this audio clip in question has a fairly low EQ parameter, is it possible that it is too low for the speakers in iOS devices to physically play? I would think that it would just be played and have more treble in its profile (but I have no other reason as to why the sound would suddenly stop working but all the other sounds are just fine). Also, I've got 1 other fairly low EQ'ed sound clip, and it is also mysteriously inaudible too. So, there does seem to be a physical limitation of the speaker itself (which also explains why my bass heavy headphones were able to play the sound).
Any ideas are appreciated.
UPDATE: -I plugged in my headphones, and there it was as usual. Took the jack out, no sound....Very confused.
UPDATE 2: -Went back and analyzed the audio profile of the sounds in a DAW, seems like any audio clip that relies on 200 hertz or lower for the main body of the sound is doomed on iOS devices (both of my problem sounds shared this characteristic).
Click on sound clip--->inspector window------> 3D sound-----> just disable that and once try may you will get.
