Rigging a 2D character
is it possible to rig a 2D character with the new native 2D tools? for example i have a skeleton who is broken up into several pieces (hands, lower arms, upper arms, skull, ribcage, spine, thighs, shins, and feet) and when i animate him, i have to move each piece and make them match up. is there anyway to make joints for

In 2D yes, but very tricky. I have done it is Adobe Flash Flash IK, but not Unity. I know you can just not sure how, but will look for the answer. Inverse Kenetics
