Changing the text component via script?

Hi guys, I was reading the awesome answer provided by @mlabarca

I was wondering 2 things about the chance of expanding this answer:

What if you have more than one line of text?, how do you edit one especific line of text?, I.E:

MENU

CONTINUE NEW OPTIONS QUIT

How do you edit the color of the text?

you need to have a canvas in unity 4.6 and under it put text fields. want several lines edited? put several text fields. in the text in the Text script, you can see the color option as well as other functions like choosing the size, font act
