Script for Application initialisation
Hi.
I am new to Unity and Unity Scripting, but for my educational game I'm writing I need a script that would be ran upon running my scene. I only saw gameobject-related scripts (as workaround I can imagine using some dummy gameObject and attaching a script to it. But is there an elegant solution?

There isn't a way to start off your game without at least a single gameobject with a script on - that's the only way to get an entry point.
The way I do my own stuff is basically a set of classes which do stuff, with a single init function inside, so that i call that one function from a script, and the rest is set up by my other classes, though that may be overkill in this case
