My T4 template tt file customtool changes when editor updates assets
I have a Tt file ( t4 template ) that its custom tool is set to "TextTemplatingFilePreProcessor" but when in the editor an asset changes and editor refreshes the asset the custom tool changes to "TextTemplatingFileGenerator" and consequently won't recognize project classes and namespaces. is there a way to stop unity editor doing such change ?
additionally it changes the build from content to none , but this is not an issue, yet it's an unwanted change
i am using unity 2017.4.21f1 version
