Problem with Character Controller from Sample Assets

I have first person character from Smaple Assets and i've got problems:

1. When I'm standing on a slope my character slides but why ?

2. When i'm standing next to wall or something like this, little inclined i can jump very high, like x3 times than normal

Maybe someone know how to solve this ? Maybe somewhere is better character controller ? :/
