Create List of custom class types, for use in custom editor
I have a few Scriptable Object class definitions in my assets folder. I would like to collect their types into a list, and use those types for a custom inspector generator. This idea works easy enough at runtime because I can grab the types and feed them into a generic function.
Doing this in the editor is creating a complication, as it is not technically a runtime environment. I have seen a few examples using Assemblies for referencing the types. I am curious if creating an Assembly will allow me to reference this list of types as I desire. I have not worked with Assemblies before, and would appreciate some advice on this before I dive into this new can of worms.
