Quad not working as before

So I made a simple 2d sidescroller game similar to "Flappy Bird" and i've implemented a Quad with a scrolling background and also a second quad with some realistic clouds on it... Background moving 0.075 to Left and Clouds moving 0.1 to left. Player only jumps and this gives us the movement effect.

Everything worked good until yesterday when i've implemented a "Jump" button to the game.

The problem is that at game start the clouds are there and visible but they pass by, and don't "reload" right after... Its a paralax system where the clouds should reproduce themselves as soon as they go out of screen sight. Now they reproduce but they don't show immediatly, they "Show" already at the middle of the game screen.

Any solutions to this?!

PS: Pictures and Codes Will be added as soon as I get Home.

UPDATE: I have this "Release" on my smartphone and i've managed to see that coulds script (same as background) is working ok....they do re-produce like background but from 10~10secs they re-apear in game. I have some Prefab Objects spawning and "Self Destructing" after a certain amount of time, is that possible that these prefabs are somehow troubleshouting with Clouds Quad?! Same Layer Maybe?!
