Why is everything in Unity reversed?
It seems like everything in Unity is reversed all of a sudden. When I place an item on the ground and put rigibody physics on it, it flies in the air. When I try to move around the scene by holding right click, the mouse controls are inverted. Even the 3 buttons at the top of the screen are reversed. Normally, I have to click them in (these are the lighting and skybox buttons at the top of scene) but now I don't. All of this is bothering me and I can't figure out what is wrong. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Unity several time, but nothing works. Is there some key combo that I pressed that inverts the mouse and physics? What do I do? Why is my unity so messed up?

Probably you have rotate your camera, generally +y is UP.

have you experienced this problem in another project?
Probably it's just the camera and/or the physics settings. Check your camera and Edit->Project Settings->Physics for your gravity.
By default the camera rotation is (0,0,0) and the gravity is (0, -9.82, 0)

although this is very late but for all folks out there looking for the solution, the view itself is inverted, as in you're looking upside down, and ironically starting a new project will not revert the upside down view cheers
