Does Anyone know what is the issue of this problem?

I am not sure but it may have to do with the bundle identifier in player settings.
The bundle identifier should be in this format;- com.companyname.productname
Also don't keep the 'default' bundle identifier, company name, and product name....make up some names for your company and product and modify the bundle identifier to suit it.

Hi,
today I was able to build, I've opened Android SDK Manager uninstalled all and installed only the last 23 version of android tools and build... seems the version 25 has some compatibility issues,
