Input Manager Joystick Z, R ,U, and V Values

I have a set of arcade controls, joystick, throttle, and buttons, connected to a Windows computer with a USB controller. The throttle appears in a joystick tester utility as a "Z" single axis with a value from 0 to 65098. The tester also has R, U, and V values which are 0 because no other single axis controls are attached.

Where would I find this axis in Unity?

I've tried looking through other joystick axis, 3rd axis, 4th axis, etc., in the input manager but could not find this value.
