how can i add tracks or layers of sound during a gameplay scene ?

add or sub tracks, like Fmod soft ??

any soft or free plug-in for do that ?

any other ideas for dealing many sound tracks and sound effects ? i meam, like game Lumines, for example.

It sounds like Audio Toolkit by ClockStone Software GmbH in the Asset Store is what you're looking for. I haven't tried it myself, but the description sounds like something you might find useful. It's currently on sale for $32.50 (normally $65.00).
