SendMail from Android simply doesn't work
Hi Guys! .. i swear i looked everywhere with no luck.. what i'm trying to do is a simple mail form which you can send from android.. it works perfectly in the editor but on an android device, nada. Did the logcat but it doesn't gave any useful information.. this is the script:
using System;
using System.Net;
using System.Net.Mail;
using System.Net.Security;
using System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates;
public class EMail {
public static void Send(string message) {
MailMessage mail = new MailMessage();
mail.From = new MailAddress("mymailaddress@gmail.com");
mail.To.Add("mymailaddress@gmail.com");
mail.Subject = "Subject";
mail.Body = message;
SmtpClient smtp = new SmtpClient("smtp.gmail.com");
smtp.Port = 587;
smtp.Credentials = new System.Net.NetworkCredential("mymailaddress@gmail.com", "mypassword") as ICredentialsByHost;
smtp.EnableSsl = true;
ServicePointManager.ServerCertificateValidationCallback =
delegate(object s, X509Certificate certificate, X509Chain chain, SslPolicyErrors sslPolicyErrors) {
return true;
};
smtp.Send(mail);
}
}
As previously suggested, i've already tried .NET2.0 instead of .NET2.0 Subset in the player settings, but it still doesn't work... Any ideas? Help needed :) Thanks in advance :)
