Transparent Material Acting Strange
I attached a transparent/diffuse material to this mesh and this is what it does. it has this see-through ish look to it. when I change the material to just diffuse, it no longer has that see-through look, but it of course doesn't get rid of the alpha around the edges of the leaf on the texture. If anyone can help, please let me know!
Perhaps the alpha value in the leaf's pixels in the texture is not quite 1? So it blends with its neighbor there.
Beautiful leaf, by the way. :)
Thats a good guess, but I already checked that. as you can see in the image here, I put a red box behind the leaf to see if the pixels where 100%. As you can see, they are. Nothing actually shows through the leaf pixels. Also, when I drop the leaf material on the mesh, this warning comes up! what does that mean? I checked the normals in blender and they are fine.
