Render a Unity game as a texture in another Unity game on Windows
Is it possible to render a Unity game inside another Unity game? This would be very much like the code in the hwnd command-line example , but with Unity as a container.
Because of the nature of Windows and the possibility to set the parent with the hwnd parameter, it must be possible, but I'm not familiar enough with the Win32 interface to figure out how. (My background is more in the Linux/multiplatform GTK/Qt systems.)
I think it should be possible to do the following:
Start a Unity game as a container
Start more Unity games from the container with the container as the parent window
Display the children inside the container, most likely as render textures (though I'm not completely sure about that last point).
The first two parts are very easy to do and well-documented on various forums. Is there a way to do the third part?
