3D Infinite runner obstacle creation

Hey people I'm developing a game like subway surfer.I had every thing done like world creating,bending the world using shader,player with gravity and changing lanes and every thing fine.

Now the crazy thing in this is the obstacle creation.Cant figure out how kiloo games had done this.Don't know whether they kept the obstacle sets as prefab sets and instantiating or manage the obstacle completely through hard coding.Any ideas or suggestion..?How can I accomplish this easily..?

Never played that game, but I imagine object pooling would be a safe bet if you're constantly reusing the same obstacles. I say pooling because if you are constantly instantiating and destroying objects, it can be quite CPU intensive
