Leaderboard Help

So i made a game and now im trying to finish it by making a leaderboard. I cant figure out how to make it. I know i have to use player prefs but i cant seem to find out how to make it work. Can anyone give me a small example of the top 3? Im trying to have them be able to save their name and score such as:

Name---------------------Score

Brandon..................100

Tyler....................78

Bob......................10

Can anybody help me with this? Im not too sure were to start. Thank you
