Launch activity on top of unity player activity freeze the game
I found that if I launch any activity(in java plugin by unityActivity.startActivity)on top of unity activity, the Update function of any MonoBehaviour then will not be called. I've tried set Application.runInBackground as true in Start function, but seems not working. Is there any way that I can continue to update the game while showing my activity in java plugin? I'm using 4.6.1f1. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

I have the same problem and tried to find the solution for days, weeks, but I still haven't found it. I really like to see an answer to this. I also made several posts & threads (with a lot of info), but it seems nobody else has this problem. Very sad...
