Addons from Unity Free transferrable to Pro

Hey guys, so basically what the deal is, is that I downloaded the iOS and Android free licences when they had the sweet deal on. I recently purchased the Pro version of Unity and found that the addons were not a part of that license, and were a part of a completely seperate license. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem.
