Unity 5 can't start up

Today I installed Unity 5 personal Edition(5.0.0f4 64-bit) ,at the ending , i click the blue button "Start using Unity " , the box disappear.I waited for a moment. But nothing show up. Weird. I tried several times , problem still. My Video Card is Nvidia. Are they compatible ?
